Focusing extensively on customer service, our company has won ten consecutive Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) awards from 2013 to 2022 with 2023 being no different. We are certified in four ISO standards, including ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, ISO 27001 for Data Security, ISO 9001 for Quality and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety. We are compliant to ISO 20000 Service Management and ISO 31000 Risk Management, and have achieved Level 2 Defence Industry Security Program membership.
